How Haroone handles the information you send.

This policy covers information submitted through haroone.com, including project forms, newsletter forms, analytics, and the logs needed to operate the site.

1. Data we collect

  • Quote requests: name, email address, project details, selected service, optional store URL, and the page or campaign context attached to the request.
  • Newsletter signups: email address, signup source, and page path.
  • Operational records: a protected hash of the IP address, browser user agent, and request timing used for security, rate limiting, and troubleshooting.
  • Limited cookieless analytics: Microsoft Clarity can collect individual page-view and interaction data before you make a choice or when you choose Essential only.
  • Optional cookie-backed analytics: Google Analytics and Clarity collect broader page and usage information after you choose Allow analytics.

2. How we use information

We use submitted information to answer inquiries, assess possible work, deliver requested updates, operate and secure the site, prevent form abuse, and improve the website and service process. Haroone does not sell or rent personal information.

3. Analytics and service providers

Microsoft Clarity runs in limited cookieless mode before analytics consent. Google Analytics and Clarity analytics cookies remain disabled until you choose Allow analytics. Hosting, email, database, and analytics providers may process limited information only as needed to provide those services. Their own terms and privacy policies also apply.

4. Retention and security

Information is kept only for as long as it is reasonably needed for inquiries, client records, security, legal obligations, and normal business administration. Haroone uses access controls and operational safeguards, but no online system can be guaranteed completely secure.

5. Your choices and rights

You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information by emailing privacy@haroone.com. Requests are handled within the period required by applicable law, subject to records Haroone must retain for legal or operational reasons.
